Heartbeat Studio establishes local production hubs in collaboration with companies, municipalities, and local partners in their own countries – such as Thailand, the U.S, UK, and other markets. Surplus materials and textile waste are collected locally and processed through our proven circular framework, ensuring full traceability and ESG documentation.
Production is carried out by local makers and social employment initiatives, creating jobs and reducing transport-related emissions. Finished products are then sold back to the company or into the local market, enabling a closed – loop, scalable solution that combines global standards with local impact.
